How To Set Up Convection Cooking With Pre-Heat Function
Convection cooking should ideally be preceded by pre-heating the oven. That is, when the uncooked dish is placed in the oven, it should already be hot.
Step 1. Press the Stop/Clear button.
This ensures that the previous cooking function is cleared from memory.
Step 2. Press the Convection button.
110° is displayed.
In our demo we set the preheating temperature to 180°.
Step 3. Press the Convection button 7 times to increase the temperature to 180°.
Step 4. Press the start button to start the preheating.
The convection icon starts flashing indicating that preheating has started.
