This is a delicious chicken recipe that is spicy and sweet at the same time.
Cooking Time is about 40 minutes.
You will need:1 whole chicken, about 800 gms after cleaning
For the marinate you will need:4 tablespoons white vinegar3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon red chilli powder1 1/2 tablespoons cumin powder (jeera)2 teaspoons black pepper1 teaspoon saltjuice of 1 lemon
Prepare the marinade by combining vinegar, oil, garlic, cumin, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a paste. Add lemon juice.
For the stuffing you will need:2 Tomatoes, diced1 Capsicum, diced10 to  15 cloves garlicFresh mushrooms
