4 medium red apples.
You will also need oranges, for their peel.
Peel off and grate the peel to get: 2 tablespoons grated orange peel.
1 cup light brown sugar.
1/4 cup of seedless raisins.
About 80grams of butter, which you will need to soften.
Wash, and remove the core of the apples, but don't peel them.
