Your Whirlpool Microwave provides a jet defrost function to bring frozen foods to room temperature very quickly.
Just select the type of food, and set the weight.
Refer to the table on page 11 of the manual to select from the 5 types of food you can jet defrost.
Now we defrost 500 grams of frozen fish.
