Convection Cooking with Pre-heat
The convection with pre-heat mode is excellent for baking.
Let's make a fruit cake.
You will need:100gm flour
100gm sugar
100gm white butter
3 eggs
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
50 gms Dry fruits consisting of cashew and other assorted nuts.
Line your baking dish with butter paper and keep it ready.
Step1. Mix the eggs, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and beat well for about 10 minutes.
Step2. Mix the flour and baking powder separately.
Step3. Now add the flour mixture to the eggs, sugar, and butter mix.
Step4. Mix well for 2 minutes.
