Set an alarm on iPod classic
You can set an alarm on your iPod classic.
To enable this mode :
- From the main menu, select Extras.
- Scroll to Alarms and select it.
- Select Create Alarm.
In the Alarms screen, you see 7 options
- Scroll to Alarm option and press the Center button to toggle between Off and On.
- Set the Alarm to On.
To set the alarm date;
- Scroll to Date - and select it.
In the Alarms screen, you can set month, date and year.
- Use the Click Wheel to change values. Change the month and press the Center button to choose and move to the next slot.
- Use the click wheel to set the date in the same way.
- You can also use the Previous/Rewind or Next/Fast-forward buttons to move through the values.
- Once the date is set, press the Center button and return to the Alarms menu.
To set the alarm time;
- Scroll to Time - and select it.
By default your iPod classic clock is in the 12-hour format.
- In the Alarms screen, you can set hour, minute, AM or PM.
- Use the Click Wheel to change values. Change the hour and press the Center button to set the time and move to the next slot.
- Use the same method to set minute.
- Once the AM or PM is set, press the Center button and return to the Alarms menu.
