Turn your iPod Classic on or off


There are two ways to turn on the iPod classic.
1. If the HOLD switch at the top is in HOLD position and an orange bar is visible, slide the switch in the opposite direction.
Your iPod classic is Turned On.
2. But, if the HOLD switch is not in HOLD position, press the Centre button or anywhere on the Click Wheel. The gadget is Turned On.

The iPod classic is a hard drive-based iPod (80 GB or 160 GB) featuring a large, widescreen color display, a Click Wheel, and the capability of displaying photos and videos.
