Aquí…te daremos algunos consejos y hablaremos de los métodos de resolución de problemas de iPod shuffle….Los cinco pasos de iPod shuffle 1.La mayoría de problemas ocasionados en el iPod se pueden solucionar las 5 erres.2. las 5 erres son:1.Reajustar, 2.Reintentar3.Reiniciar, 4.Reinstalar1)RestauraReajustarPara reajustar tu iPod,·Expulse el iPod shuffle de iTunes, si está conectado.·Quita el iPod shuffle del puerto USB.·Sitúa el interruptor de detrás del iPod shuffle en posición OFF. ·Espera 5 minutos.·Con mismo interruptor enciende el iPod.·Ahora el iPod está reajustado.·Si después de esta operación deseas conectarlo a la computadora asegúrate de que esté apagado.ReintentaImagínate que cuando conectas el iPod a la computadora no ves el icono iPod en iTunes.En este caso prueba reintentar la conexión en otro puerto USB de tu computadora. ·Saca el cable USB del puerto.·Conéctalo en otro puerto.ReiniciarAlgunos de los problemas se solucionan simplemente reiniciando la computadora.·Reinicia la computadora.·Asegúrate que las últimas actualizaciones de software están instaladas.ReinstalarAlgunas problemáticas con el iPod se resuelven reinstalandola última versión de iTunes desde la Web.Ves a http://www.apple.com/iTunes/download/?ipod- descargar e instalar la última versión de iTunes software.ØOtra opción es buscar actualizaciones de software de iTunes.·Conéctate a Internet·En iTunes selecciona Ayuda > Buscar actualizaci...
