Set and Operate an Alarm


For these operations we are using iPhone visuals since the iPod Touch and iPhone work exactly the same way.1)      To set an alarm, tap Clock on the Home screen. 2)      The last used screen in the clock application opens.If this is not Alarm, tap Alarm. 3)      In the Alarm screen, the currently set alarms appear.These are listed by alarm time4)      To add an alarm, press the (+) button at the top. The Add Alarm screen offers 4 setting optionsRepeatSoundSnooze, andLabel 5)      Tap Repeat. In the Repeat screen, Tap the day of the week - say, Every Thursday - when you want the alarm to repeat.The selection gets checked.Tap other days too, if you wish - say, Every Monday and Every Tuesday.These also get checked.To deselect a day, tap it again.The check mark disappears. Tap Back. In the Add Alarm screen, the 2 selected days appear against Repeat. 6)      Tap Sound. In the Sound screen, tap a sound you want for the alarm.The sound gets checked, and you hear its sample.Once satisfied with a sound - say, Bell Tower - tap Back.In the Add Alarm screen, Bell Tower appears against Sound. 7)      The Snooze switch toggles between ON and OFF.In this demo, we tap it ON. 8)      You can retain the default label, Alarm.To name the alarm differently, tap Label Then, in the Label screen, tap the x button and clear the current label.Use the keyboard and type a name - say, Lun...
