  1. To find CD information on the internet, first connect to the internet.
  1. Open iTunes.
  1. Under Edit, select Preferences.
  1. Click General, if it is not already selected.
  1. Select Ask to import CD from the dropdown menu next to When you insert a CD.
  1. Click 'Import Settings'.
Select encoder options and import setting mode.If there is an audio quality problem, check the box against 'Use error correction when reading audio CDs'.Click 'OK'.The 'Import Settings' dialog box closes.
  1. Check the box next to Automatically retrieve CD track names from internet
