Sometimes The paper feed mechanism gets dirty and needs to be cleaned. Use this procedure in such cases.
First, remove all paper from the input tray.
Step 1.Double click the HP Solution Center Icon.
If the icon is not available on the desktop, Click Start Button > Devices and Printers....
