Installing Ink Cartridges


Step 1. Power on the printer.
Step 2. Open the paper output tray.
Step 3. Pull out the paper output extension tray.
Step 4. Load paper into the paper input tray
Step 5. Push the paper guide inwards until it is flush with the edge of the paper.
Step 6. Pull open the cartridge access cover.
The Carriage moves towards the centre of the printer.
Step 7. Cut open the fresh cartridge.
Step 8. Pull the protective plastic tab off the printer nozzle and remove it.
Take care not to touch the nozzle or electrical contacts.
First ensure that you are using the correct cartridge. Tricolor goes on the left, and black on the right....
