Scanning a Photo


Scanned images can be saved in tiff, jpg or png formats.
Ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to the computer.
Step 1.Open the scanner cover.
Step 2.Place the document to be scanned face down on the scanner bed, its edges touching the bottom right hand border of the scanning bed.
Step 3.Flip down the scanner lid.
Click Start Button > Devices and Printers.
Step 4.Double click the HP Laserjet M1005 Icon.
Step 5.In the Panel that opens, double click 'Scan a Document or Picture'....
