Install Driver on Apple Macintosh


For this setup, turn off the wireless connection on the printer. Connect the USB cable to the Apple Computer. Power on the Printer.
Step 1.Insert the Driver CD that came with the printer into the CD drive.
Step 2.The HP software installation Window Opens.
Step 3.Double click the HP Installer Icon in the window that opens.
The HP Installer panel opens.
Step 4.Click Continue.
Step 5.Click Continue again.
Step 6.Click Agree.
Step 7.In our demo, we do not check the option 'Install and set up HP eprint on my Device'.
Step 8.Click Continue again.
The printer is detected and shown as a USB Connection type.
Step 9.Select the printer and click Continue.
Step 10.Check the option 'Minimum Software', leaving the others unchecked.
Step 11.Click Install.
You may need to provide the Administrator Name and password at this point....
