The Recents calls


The Recents list contains calls you've made, answered or missed recently.

  1. To see the Recents list, first tap Phone on the Home screen.

This indicates the number of missed calls received on your iPhone since you last checked the Recents list.
  1. Tap the Recents button.
The Recents screen opens, with 2 buttons - All and Missed - at the top.
  1. Tap All to see all recent calls - outgoing, incoming or missed.
Tap Missed to see only missed calls. In both lists, missed calls appear in red type. If the call is to, or from, a person in the Contacts list, the person's name appears. Otherwise, only the number appears.
  1. The number of successive calls, if any, will appear within brackets in grey type.
  1. You can also see the time of the call.
For the current date, the specific time of the call is given. For the previous day, the word yesterday appears. For an earlier period, the day of the week or date appears.
