  1. In the Inbox screen, tap and select an unread message.
These messages have a blue dot against it.The message screen opens.
  1. The Details button appears to the right of the sender's name.
Tap it.
  1. 2 hidden items come into view.
    • Details of the recipients, and
    • The Mark as Unread option.
  1. First, details of the recipient come into view.
  • Recipients in both the To and Cc sections are shown.
  • If the email does not have a Cc, then only the recipients in the To section are shown.
  1. The 'Mark as Unread option re-flags an unread message.
