Voice Memos - See Information, Add Label, Delete


  1. You can see detailed information about a Voice Memo on your iPhone.
You can also add a label to the memo, or delete it.
  1. First, open the Voice Memos screen.
  • Tap Voice Memos on the Home screen.
The opening screen of the Voice Memos application opens.
  • Tap the icon at the bottom right.
The Voice Memos screen opens.
  1. Memos are listed in chronological order.
The most recent memo appears first.
  1. To see more information about a voice memo, tap the round, blue button to its right.
The memo's Info screen opens.
In the first box, you see details of the memo's length, recording time and date.
  1. To add a label to this memo, tap anywhere within the box.
A Label screen opens, offering various labels.
    • If you select None, no label will be assigned to the memo.
    However, in this demo, we tap and select a label, Meeting.
