View Photos Individually


You can view the photos on your iPhone.
These photos may have been taken directly with your iPhone's camera.
Or they may have come from another source - like a web page, email attachment or a computer sync.



  1. A Photo Albums screen appears.

  1. You see different collections of photos.
    • The Camera Roll contains photos taken with your iPhone, saved from email attachments or web pages, and screen shots.

    • The rest are photo albums you've moved from a computer onto your iPhone.

    1. Tap an album.

    1. You see the album's preview screen - with thumbnails of each photo within the album.

    1. Scroll through the thumbnails.

    1. To view a photo, press its thumbnail.
    The photo display screen appears.
    1. The standard photo viewing controls also appear.
    After a moment, they disappear.
    To make them reappear, tap the screen anywhere.
