The Microwave and Grill combination mode uses both microwaves and grilling to cook and brown your food items in one single mode. Use this mode to cook tikkas, paranthas and spicy dosas! It is also good for frying bacon and eggs, sausages, and hamburgers.
We will now make paneer tikka.
You will need:
400 grams Paneer
125 grams hung Curd
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 tablespoon Gram flour (Besan)
A pinch of Ajwain
A pinch of Kasoori Methi
A pinch of Tandoori Colour
Oil
Chat Masala Powder
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, pour curd and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and gram flour. Mix well.
