You have to enable data access on the phone to be able to send photos through MMS.
Step 1.Tap Messaging.
Step 2.Tap New Message.
Step 3.Tap in the field "Enter Recipient".
Step 4.Key in the phone number of the person you want to send the message to.
Step 5.Tap Next.
Step 6.Tap the Attachment button.
Step 7.Tap Images.
