Purchase online to download into iTunes Library:


Once you finish searching the iTunes Store, preview the item you wish to purchase.
To do this;

  • Double-click the song, or other item, in iTunes.
  • Listen to a preview.

Now, purchase the item.
Apple offers two methods for purchasing online from iTunes Store.
  1. 1-Click. Or
  2. Shopping Cart.

You can use either of these for your online shopping.
The default purchasing option is 1-Click.
To purchase using the 1-Click method;
  • Sign-up to create your new iTunes Store account, if you do not have one.
  • Or sign-in to your account, if you already have an iTunes or AOL account.
  • Click Buy Song or Buy Album.
  • The purchase is charged to the credit card listed in your iTunes Store account, i.e. Apple account or AOL account - and download to your iTunes library starts automatically.
  • Once download is complete - go to Music under Library. You will see the purchased track.
  • In the Shopping Cart method, you accumulate selected items from the iTunes Store in a virtual shopping cart.
