NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE PINNED TO THE TASKBAR


Some items cannot be pinned to the taskbar directly. Items within the Control Panel are an example.1. Click on the Start orb.The start menu comes up.2. Navigate to the control panel and open it.There are several sections within the control panel.One of these is Ease of Access.3. Let us drag and drop Ease of Access from the control panel on to the taskbar.4. Close the control panel.We see that the Control Panel, and not Ease of Access, has now become pinned to the taskbar.5. However, if you right-click on the control panel button, a jumplist pops up, and right on top is Ease of Access, under the pinned section.6.
